NICK KARAISKOS on his acheivements at the 2013 Masters Long Course Open Meet held in Luton on the 18th of May.
Nick participated in his first Master's Open and he did not disappoint, taking Gold in the 100M Fly, Silver in the 200 IM and Bronze in both 50M and 100M Freestyle. I hope you will join us in congratulating Nick.

Jersey Level 2 and Level 3 Open Meet: 25th to 27th October
Notes: Havering Dolphins to participate in an open meet in Jersey scheduled for October. We will be taking the Dolphins on tour down to the beautiful island for the weekend to participate against the islanders.

Officials Course
Parents there is a short course taking place on the 15th of September at Fulwell Swimming pool for Volunteers. The role is to provide timekeeping and helping out on the day of gala's. It would be a fantastic oppurtunity for the club and for you to attend. We need to provide officials at gala's.
This course starts at around 11:00 and costs £8 and the duration will be around 2 - 3 hours, note you must be registered as a level 3 with the ASA prior to participating, the ASA registration forms are available so speak to Lynette or Bill.

The dates for the new term are laid out below, note the Learn to swim will take pupils from Hornchurch, Elm Park, Rainham, Upminster, Harold Hill and Romford.
